Programmed in Perl and C, to improve sequence-based domain predictions in general, but with extensive analysis on the Plasmodium falciparum proteome. Also used experimental biology (cloning, protein purification and protein-binding microarray analysis) to determine if novel AP2 domains bind DNA.
